Geert is the founder of Northbridge. He is a former international student from the Netherlands who came to the US a couple of years ago to get a degree and play college soccer. He lived in several places like Marshall (Missouri), Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania), Irvine (California), and West Palm Beach (Florida).

After graduation, he wanted to stay in the US to work but faced many challenges in the job searching process. He noticed a lack of knowledge about and support with job searching and the visa process. This inspired him to create a company that helps others facing similar challenges.
